
Today’s (baby) workout
Cardio : 30 minutes brisk walking + sprint
Arms: 30 dips, 30 reverse fly, 30 biceps curls and 20 push-ups.
Legs: 30 squats, 40 walking lunges, 1 minute chair and 30 kick downs.
Abs: 30 windmills, 30 reverse crunches, 30 side crunches, 30 90° crunches and 30 high reach.
Meals
Breakfast: Tim Horton’s large coffee (3 Milk, 3 Splenda), passion fruit greek yogurt cup and a Kashi rosted almond crunchy bar — I was working so this is what I took at six in the morning !
Snack : Apple
Lunch: Banana-Almond Smoothie (1 medium banana, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 cup silk vanilla soy milk and 1/4 cup blueberries)
Dinner: Grilled salmon with goat cheese&meaux mustard and +- 1/2 cup rice

The color is weird, but I really like the taste of it ! I think it would be great with greek yogurt.
